How To Use:
1. Before use, ensure that the machine’s power supply voltage matches the voltage of the socket.
2. Fill the oil pan with oil, making sure the oil level is at least halfway up the depth of the pan.
3. Power on the fryer. The green indicator light will turn on. Rotate the thermostat clockwise to the desired temperature. The red light indicates that the heating element is active, and the oil will begin to heat up. Once the oil reaches the set temperature, the heating element will automatically stop, and the red light will go off. If the oil temperature drops slightly, the thermostat will reactivate the heating element, causing the oil temperature to circulate and maintain the set temperature.
4. The lid serves a dual purpose of keeping the fryer clean and retaining heat. When covering the fryer with the lid, ensure that it is dry and free of water to prevent hot oil from splashing and causing injuries.
5. After use, turn the thermostat counterclockwise to the 0° position and disconnect the power supply to ensure safety.
